Copenhagen airport is more or less like a shopping mall and you will find a lot of restaurant, cafes and too many people. Anyhow the airport is easy to find ways and boards and directions are easy to follow.
The airport has 3 terminals and you can just walk from terminal 2 to terminal 3 and from terminal 1 there is a free shuttle service, it takes hardly 5 min.
The transport service is all located in terminal 3 connected with train and bus routes.
The red color ticket machine are located inside and and outside terminal and are often crowded, there are multiple windows for buying the ticket or getting info form the counters located in terminal 3.
Depending on your accommodation you can either go to the CENTRAL STATION or to the Nørreport Station (city center). The easiest ways are to take Train or the bus number 5A. The train ticket must be bought earlier form machine or the counters and is valid for nearly 90 minutes and no need to validate or punch,
THE TICKET MACHINE ACCEPTS CARD OR COINS ONLY
The train station is just down by the escalator next to the selling counter of ticket. Train takes hardly 15 minutes and with 2 stops in between. the service is clean and fast.Runs every 10 minutes. The ticket cost 32DKK
If you want to take bus 5A, it goes to both Central station and city center and runs every 15 minutes in days time. The ticket can be bought from the driver and cost 32DKK. It takes nearly 30 minute to reach the central station with nearly 25 stops in between. The bus has almost no space for big luggage so if you are carrying heavy bag then take the train.

On the return I took the bus 5A, the bus has a small symbol on top of bus with red LEDs. all other bus 5A will not go to airport, just ask the driver if you are in confusion. The station for going to airport from central is shown in the map below.
Enjoy Copenhagen, its easy city to walk around and one of the most expensive in Europe :)
